As the oldest Town in Maine, Kittery has a lot to celebrate. Join Kittery resident and cookbook author, Betsy Page Wish as she reflects on Kittery's rich history with 375 years worth of cherished recipes, photos and stories collected from throughout the community.
Kittery's Maine Ingredients is now on-sale. Books can be purchased at the following locations:
- Kittery Community Center, located at 120 Rogers Road, Kittery, ME
- Lil's Cafe, located at 7 Wallingford Square, Kittery, ME
- Maine MEat, located at 7 Wallingford Square, Kittery, ME
Books cost $24.95 each. At this time, books cannot be ordered online, reserved ahead or sent via mail. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will be used to cover printing costs, and then given to local non-profit groups.
Over the next few weeks, additional locations offering the book for purchase will be announced. The Kittery Celebration Committee, along with author Betsy Wish are as excited about this book as we hope you are, so please be patient as we work to make more books available.
